Xtreme Xperience has been closely monitoring federal and local developments of the COVID-19 outbreak, and as an organization that puts safety first, we have made the decision to postpone our March 20-21 event at Memphis International Raceway. 

We apologize for the inconvenience but promise that we are using all of our resources to get you on track with us as soon as possible. If you have a drive scheduled with us on these dates, your experience has been put on hold and you will be receiving an email from us in the coming days regarding your rescheduling options. 

We are committed to rescheduling every drive that is postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our refund policy has not changed; however, we are waiving reschedule fees, knowing that this is an unforeseen circumstance. 

We ask that you be patient with us as we work to solidify the details that will enable you to reschedule your drive. Contracts, discussions and planning take time, so please allow for up to two weeks for a communication with your new event date.

In this time of hardship, we want you to know that we are as passionate as ever to our mission; putting you in the driver’s seat of a world’s most exciting cars.

For all future events, we would like to share the actions that Xtreme Xperience is taking to increase guest and employee safety.

Following the CDC’s Environmental Cleaning & Disinfection Recommendations, Xtreme Xperience has further reinforced our existing sanitation measures and has put into place extra precautionary procedures, including, but not limited to:

• Providing multiple hand sanitizing and/or handwashing stations on-site at all times.
• Continuously spraying helmets and wiping down vehicles (interior and exterior) with hospital grade disinfectant solutions throughout each day.
• Providing every participant with a clean, professionally laundered head sock (balaclava).
• Limiting the number of guests congregating in any area of our experience for an extended period of time.

Again, please DO NOT arrive at Memphis International Raceway this weekend as we WILL NOT be hosting our experience.
