Xtreme Xperience is looking to expand its Nationwide team of Professional Driving Instructors. If you meet the requirements for instructing with us listed below, please consider applying to work with Xtreme at an upcoming event near you. Xtreme Xperience brings supercars to over 30 racetracks nationwide where we provide our guests with safe and fun 3-lap driving experience. All drivers attend a Safety Briefing where they learn the fundamentals of driving on a race track, as well as the hand signals and verbiage we will use to guide them.
Xtreme Xperience is NOT a Racing School where we extract maximum driver performance, but an experience where guests of all types can try their hand at being behind the wheel of a Supercar on track. Xtreme Xperience Instructors are not critical of guests if they do not achieve the perfect driving line or an impressive top speed. Instructors do not encourage our guests to drive outside of their comfort zone, but instead the instructors do their best to cater to the guest’s unique experience in an effort to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
Instructors earn a daily pay rate plus any tips they receive and also have the opportunity to earn travel compensation to instruct with us at racetracks nationwide. Minimum requirements for instructors:
Must be 18 years old and in good health
Up-to-date physical within the last 5 years
5+ years of consistent track day experience
OR
3+ years of consistent wheel to wheel road racing
OR
7+ years of competitive autocross AND considerable recent experience at high speed events
AND
10+ events instructing with an organization within the past 18 mos
MSF Level I
Submit in-car footage of right-seat instruction and/or HPDE driving
