America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies In 2021

NEW YORK, AUGUST 10, 2021 – INC Magazine today reveals it’s highly coveted Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies. Xtreme Xperience is honored to be named on this prestigious list as it represents the most successful companies from a variety of industries such as Bose, Kohler, and AirBnB. The 2021 Inc 5000 list also displays resilience in the face of adversity with the challenge of COVID-19 affecting every industry and slowing the pace of growth of even the fastest growing private companies.

“Being on the Inc. 5000 list for a fifth consecutive year was always a goal of mine,” says CEO Adam Olalde. “Having one, or even two years, of noteworthy growth is a success, but to maintain growth for five straight years that keeps us on the list of the fastest-growing private companies is a huge win to me. Particularly in the face of struggles in the travel and tourism industry in 2020, this honor speaks to our team’s ability and determination to ensure we maintained speed and overcame obstacles. Being on the Inc. 5000 list in 2021 means something special.”

As has come to be expected with the Inc. 5000 list, top recipients have experienced astronomical growth. Undoubtedly, this year, like previous, the median growth experienced across all 5000 companies will have grown since 2020. The full list of recipients can be found here. Inc. Magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk has led the charge to ensure that this year’s rank reveal will capture the unique climate of the past 12 months with a virtual event culminating in the reveal of the official ranks. Xtreme Xperience will be closely following this event and updating this article with its official rank once revealed.

What is the Inc. 5000?

In 1982, Inc. introduced the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States. Since then, this prestigious list of the nation’s most successful private companies has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success and the place where future household names first make their mark. Pandora, 7 Eleven, Toys ‘R’ Us, Zipcar, Zappos.com and numerous other well-known brands have been honored by the Inc. 5000. In 2007, the Inc. 500 list expanded to the Inc. 5000, giving readers a deeper, richer understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and capturing a broader spectrum of success.

Today, the list is a distinguished editorial award, a celebration of innovation, a network of entrepreneurial leaders, and an effective public relations showcase. The Inc. 5000 ranks companies by overall revenue growth over a three-year period. All 5,000 honoree companies are individually profiled on Inc.com. The top 500 are featured in the September issue of Inc. Magazine, the leading entrepreneurial advocate for 38 years running. Inc. also ranks the fastest-growing companies by industry, metro area, revenue, and number of employees, and we also highlight women and minority-run companies.
