As if AMG wasn’t already making fast enough cars, Weistec Engineering just upped the playing field.

The Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series is a serious machine. It seems that anytime Mercedes gives a car its’ Black Series package it becomes something more ridiculous and insane that we ever could have imagined. But it seems none of that matters to Weistec Engineering who have taken the car and added more power and fury to it.

Although we at Xtreme Xperience are more about driving road courses and tend to stay away from the drag strips, it’s impressive to see that Weistec has been able to break records with their CLK63. Running the 1/4 mile in 9.16 seconds with a top speed of 150 mph, the car actually accelerates from 60-130 mph quicker than a 911 Carrera S will go 0-60 mph.

As always with tuning jobs like this, our biggest question is how will it handle when it’s presented with a corner?
