Drivers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or heels). This event is outdoors (no covered pit).  Though we provide tented areas we ALWAYS encourage that you dress for weather possibilities (cold, heat or rain).

Parking is FREE. Once inside the gate parking should be in a grass or gravel lot, in front of the concession building. This is subject to change. Regardless, you will see “XX” signage and flags with our logos, directing you where to park.

Once parked, proceed to the large black & white XX Check-in tents and have your driver’s license ready!

FREE Spectator viewing is available along the fence-lines to the right and left of our operation. Any XX branded area through our Check-In / Sales tent is considered the “Pit” area and you will need a spectator pass. **The grandstands will be Pit Pass only viewing.

VIP Pit Pass access ($15 per adult) provides closer spectator viewing in the pit area. Tented seating, close photo opportunities, and waters are included in the Pit Pass, but cannot be promised for free spectator areas. Kids 10 and under are FREE. **The grandstands will be Pit Pass only viewing.

After checking in with Xtreme Xperience you will be asked to attend a driver’s briefing. Class is in a covered awning roughly 40 feet from the check-in tent. This class begins at the 0:20 of every hour, and lasts around 30 minutes.

As our program is always evolving and safety is always strengthening, it is required that every driver (no matter how many times you have enjoyed our program) attend the driver’s briefing. No exceptions.

*As long as there is room for all drivers to sit, friends and family are welcome in class. Please respect that this class is for the safety of the drivers, and while we encourage a family-friendly atmosphere Drivers MUST be able to both see and hear the instructor. Please silence phones and take noisy children out of the classroom area. Thank you for your understanding.

There are concession stands open at RPM and prices range from $10-$15. Based on last year’s visit, we believe they are cash only and close around 2pm or 3pm in the afternoon. We will provide waters to participants and Pit Pass holders, but you are more than welcome to bring in outside food or drink for your own comfort.

We are a rain or shine experience so on average, our experiences are not postponed and refunds are not provided due to inclement weather (as long as track conditions remain safe). If we postpone an event you will be alerted via Email and we have up to 12 months to provide a reschedule date at a track location close to you.
