For all new bookings, we have updated our reschedule and transfer policy to allow for free reschedules right up until your scheduled date. You can reschedule your date, time, or car without penalty for all driving experiences that are scheduled in 2020. For reference, our past policy included reschedule fees and restrictions on how far in advance you could make a change to your reservation. If you need to reschedule, you must contact our Guest Services Team before your scheduled date at 866-273-7727 or email@example.com.
Since our start in 2012, Xtreme Xperience has been putting the safety of our guests first. Xtreme Xperience is closely monitoring the global, national, and local developments of the COVID-19 outbreak and we would like to share the actions that Xtreme Xperience is taking to increase guest and employee safety.
Similar to a concert or sporting event ticket, we are committed to rescheduling every drive that is postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are proactively planning for any changes in either local or national situations and will promptly communicate updates if and when necessary.
For all current bookings, in the event that your experience is rescheduled, Xtreme Xperience will waive all rescheduling fees and move your booking to a later date. You will receive an email and SMS communication regarding your reservation as soon as any changes are made. If you cannot make the date/time of your updated booking, please reach out to the guest services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options. We understand that this is hard on you, but this is also very difficult for our business and our team as we are faced with making very difficult decisions.
In this time of hardship, we want you to know that we are as committed and passionate as ever to fulfill our mission of putting you in the driver’s seat of the world’s most exciting cars. We ask that you be patient with us as contracts, discussions and planning take time.
For all future events, we would like to share the actions that Xtreme Xperience is taking to increase guest and employee safety.
Following the CDC’s Environmental Cleaning & Disinfection Recommendations, Xtreme Xperience has further reinforced our existing sanitation measures and has put into place extra precautionary procedures, including, but not limited to:
- Providing multiple hand sanitizing and/or hand-washing stations on-site at all times.
- Wiping down vehicles (interior and exterior) after every drive with disinfectant.
- Providing every participant with a clean, professionally laundered head sock (balaclava).
- Spraying helmets after every use with disinfectant.
- Social Distancing – Spacing and limiting the number of guests congregating in any area of our experience for an extended period of time.
If you are symptomatic (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) or have recently traveled to a high-risk area, we ask that you be mindful and reschedule your experience for a later date.
